BID Date

BidDate is an easy to use bid reporter that allows you to quickly view projects bidding and access project information. We cover Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and the surrounding states. We feature projects bidding in the State of Utah but we are comprehensive in the other states as well.

BidDate is sent in Excel format, navigated by hyperlinks. It opens on the 'map' click on the state that you want to view—see the calendar. Click on a project cell and see the complete info on that project as well of the list of GC's bidding that project. Select those cells and print selection for a fax list. Scroll to the right and see contacts that open an outlook email—already titled—send out your bid in seconds. There are also links to free on-line digital plans. BidDate calendar page prints on a standard page – print it and have it available for your estimating staff meetings. BidDate comes by email twice a week—so you always have the most current information available. There are also tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to open in the other states calendars.
